I have been at Oscar Acoustics for over 14 years, and I am still enjoying my role.  I feel supported both in and out of work, especially by Ben and John Hancock.  When I became a British Citizen Ben and John came to the ceremony to support me.  There is a real open-door culture, and I always feel I am able to approach management if I feel I need any extra training in order to progress in my career.  I am proud to work for Oscar Acoustics and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
