about the project
One Nine Elms is a 1.2 million sq ft, mixed-use riverside development in Vauxhall, London. The base and shell were designed by US practice KPF for client R&F UK and the project completed in July 2024.
The scheme is made up of two 42 and 57 storey towers connected by a first-floor sky bridge. The towers house commercial spaces, shops, restaurants, residential apartments and the 203-room Park Hyatt London River Thames hotel, which offers amenities including a ballroom, swimming pool and spa.
The Evo-Blade elevates the interior throughout and is ideal for luxury settings, high-end homes and public spaces.

reasons to specify Evo-Blade
- Creates wafer-thin ceiling edges.
- No more bulky ceiling and wall build-ups.
- Its shallower angle makes it invisible, creating an infinity-edge ceiling illusion.
- Prevents the cracking and discolouration commonly associated with other ceiling trims.
- Multiple aligning slots achieve perfect corners and straight runs.
- Minimises shadows and reflections when used as part of a feature lighting channel.
- Aluminium finish can be powder-coated in any colour.
- Works with standard plaster and acoustic sprays or acoustic plaster ceilings.
- Designed and manufactured in Great Britain.
