Saving time and money with SonaSpray
Following their conversation, Oscar’s provided a quotation for leading international infrastructure group – Balfour Beatty recommending our SonaSpray K-13 acoustic ceiling spray in grey to acoustically treat and decorate the industrial space.
Oscar won the project, spraying over 9,000m2 of SonaSpray onto profile deck throughout the entire warehouse facility. We halved the original price of the acoustic panel systems and saved Balfour over £300k.
SonaSpray is the ultimate product for acoustically treating and decorating entire buildings, quickly and economically. We were able to apply SonaSpray much faster than the acoustic panel systems, meaning the machinery installation wasn’t delayed.
Not only is SonaSpray extremely efficient in absorbing sound directed towards the ceiling it is also excellent at reflecting the light, making the factory area much brighter. The sprays provide an acoustic decorative finish with little to no required maintenance in a colour that was less likely to show the factory dirt and dust.
The SonaSpray range also achieves class-leading fire and sustainability credentials. The range exceeds the latest fire safety requirements set under the updated Fire Safety: Approved Document B, providing no droplets and almost no smoke to help facilitate safe escapes in emergencies. It is also recognised by a host of third-party sustainability certifications, including BREEAM, SKA and Living Building Challenge and more.
