At the heart of the Oscar Innovation Centre, our award-winning headquarters in Halling, Kent, sits a dedicated classroom and on-site spray training facility built specifically for the Academy.
Our in-house spray teams train one-to-one with experts before setting foot on a client site. They learn not just technique, but the precision, consistency and attention to detail that every Oscar Acoustics project demands.
The on-site spray facility allows sprayers to practise and refine their skills in a controlled environment before applying them in the real world, reinforcing what’s taught in the classroom and ensuring our teams are fully prepared for the demands of live projects.

Our commitment to training doesn’t end when the formal programme does. Our Head of Quality Control works closely with every spray team, inspecting work in the field regularly to identify areas for further development and ensure consistent quality across every project we undertake.

ANZ Bank’s office in Canary Wharf, London is one example of what this level of training delivers in practice.
Architects TP Bennett specified SonaSpray K-13 acoustic spray to manage noise across an open-plan workspace designed around staff collaboration and community.
